To my knowledge, ACJC's the first JC to have their prelims, about a week ago.

Here's their 2018 H2 Math Prelims, Paper 1 and 2. Do feel free to let me know if you need to check your answers to any of the questions.

All the best and continue to work hard!

Wow thanks for sharing...... ACJC looks darn tough

For P1 Q6(a), I tried using integration by parts by assigning u=x, v'= sin^-1 (2x)/ (1-4x^2), however I end up with an integral of [sin^-1 (2x)]^2 which cannot be solved??

Just simply let u=sin^-1(2x) and you will be well on your way to solving it.
Remember - u should be easy to differentiate (LIATE), v' should be easy to integrate.

And hopefully you know how to integrate v'(x)=x/\sqrt(1-4x^2) - this requires the use of the most basic integration formula f'(x)[f(x)]^n that students tend to forget to use, all the time 🙂

Ah okay got it!

Could you also share the RI and HCI papers when they are released ? 🙂
